Discipleship

We are never too old to grow more in our faith, to learn more about God's way in Jesus, and to explore new ways to discern the Spirit's guidance. Learning for adult discipleship is central to being a vital faith community. There are a number of programs, resources, and ways to approach adult Christian education that the Discipleship Education unit can assist with to suit your congregational needs. The core of what makes us who we are as a church is our:

  • worship of God in Jesus Christ
  • desire to follow the way of Christ
  • belief that the Holy Spirit guides us and that we can discern its influence

This Order is named after a man called Stephen who was appointed by the twelve apostles during their work in the life of the church.
